Our team has the great honor of serving as the preferred architect for all renovations and tenant improvements within the prestigious 257 Tower in Salt Lake City. The thirteen-story tower stands as a integral part of our city’s skyline, housing approximately 1,100 tenants and boasting an impressive 300,000 square feet of interior office space. Over the course of our partnership with the owners, we have had the privilege of completing numerous tenant improvements and transforming tens of thousands of square feet into contemporary, functional office spaces.

In addition to our work with individual tenants, we have also collaborated closely with the on-site management team to enhance the overall experience within the tower. We’ve provided consistent support in crafting marketing materials, creating realistic renderings, and revitalizing common areas to elevate the building's aesthetic appeal. Our expertise in amenity design has allowed us to contribute to the creation of inviting and well-designed spaces that enhance the working environment for all tenants.

Our team's involvement extends beyond individual projects, as we are consistently consulted for ongoing planning and design direction. Our input is sought for various upgrades and enhancements, including parking, signage, wayfinding systems, accessibility features, and sustainable initiatives. This continuous collaboration ensures that the 257 Tower remains at the forefront of modern office design, adapting to the evolving needs and preferences of its tenants.

At the core of our approach is a commitment to innovation and creativity. We are constantly seeking fresh and contemporary ideas to keep this building at the leading edge of office design. Our vision is to create a space that not only meets the immediate needs of its occupants but also anticipates the future demands of the workplace. By staying ahead of industry trends and embracing cutting-edge design concepts, we hope to provide a lasting legacy for the 257 Tower, offering a truly special environment for generations of tenants to come.
