A carefully maintained foundation of trust and collaboration between the building owner and our architectural team has established us as the preferred architect for all renovations and tenant improvements within the iconic 515 Tower in Salt Lake City. This fourteen-story tower encompasses approximately 175,000 square feet of interior office space, and our ongoing position as a trusted partner has allowed us the privilege of overseeing renovations, redesigns, and the deliberate rejuvenation of an indispensable part of the Salt Lake City skyline.

Recently, we have successfully completed the design for two individual 12,800 square foot floor plates within the tower. These projects showcased our commitment to delivering exceptional results and meeting the unique needs of each tenant. To ensure the highest level of quality, we have been actively engaged in weekly construction and owner meetings, providing our expertise and guidance throughout the construction process.
