A holistic wellness offering supported by an end-to-end redesign, covering interiors, facade, and branding.

Aspen Falls Wellness is a new space for a local business, and a major step into their next phase. Our clients were looking to transition from a small spinal care clinic into a full-blown holistic health center, and needed a space of health, tranquility, and care to support their expanded range of services.

For this project, the small business’ priorities warranted tough decisions to maximize value while decreasing costs. The majority of our team’s focus was put towards redesigning the floor plan and flow of the space. When entering, guests are greeted in an open reception area, a room partially hidden from the working spaces of the office through the use of a wall of oversized wooden slats. Through the rest of the 3600 square foot, 2-floor space we maximized consultation rooms and added a break room, conference room, and ADA-accessible restrooms on each floor.

After a full revamp of the layout, we aimed to layer the space with finishes, materials, and furniture that would embody the spirit of Aspen Falls in its new form. To achieve this we settled on a material pallet of wood tones against a clean black base. Each piece of furniture, from the reception area seating to the consultation rooms, went through rigorous evaluation to ensure they’d measure up to our ideal for the space; maximizing function, comfort, and a visual style to nurture the atmosphere of healing we had in mind.

Our graphics team provided Aspen Falls with a full branding package to compliment their new space with a sleek logo that looks right at home on the front door. An entire suite of art fills the building, featuring landscape photographs provided by one of Aspen Falls’ resident doctors. We also put together a custom green wall art piece to hang over the reception desk, its oversized vertical length adding emphasis to the lofty ceiling height.

We updated the building’s exterior by adding a base of black to the entire form, and then created depth through the use of a wood slat feature. The wood slat theme ties the interior and exterior together, and references a state of clarity and wellness through the use of steady, repetitive vertical lines.
