Homes that blur the boundaries between the built and the natural, community and privacy.

The townhome phase at Studio Crossing creates a residential buffer sitting right between the development's commercial core and the natural landscape beyond. These two-story units are made up of clean lines, using a neutral palette of brick, vertical siding, and large windows to create individuality among neighboring units.

Each townhome includes a ground-floor garage and private entry, with living spaces above taking advantage of mountain views and natural light. The design alternates between flat and pitched roof forms to break up the building mass and create rhythm along the street. Upper-level balconies extend the living space outdoors, while ground-level patios connect to walking paths and shared green spaces.

The development's layout responds to the site's natural features, with units positioned to maximize views and solar orientation. A network of pedestrian paths connects the townhomes to the project's restaurant and retail spaces, while maintaining enough separation to ensure residential privacy. Native landscaping and natural materials help blend the architecture with the surrounding environment.

The interior programs offer two and three-bedroom configurations, with full-size kitchens and open-plan living areas designed for modern living. The units' placement at the campus edge provides residents with a quiet setting while maintaining easy walking access to amenities.

This phase adds approximately 50 homes to the development, creating a transitional zone between higher-density areas and open space. The design emphasizes both community connection and private retreat, with shared outdoor spaces balanced against individual outdoor areas for each unit. Materials and forms were selected to weather gracefully in the mountain climate while requiring minimal maintenance.
