The R1 Suite in Murray sets a new standard for a major tech services company, finding its unique footing through our focus on the individual experience. With careful emphasis placed on a single employee’s week, day, or moment, we were able to design a fully supportive experience for every single user. With a bright, minimal palette, and wayfinding enhanced by unique textured wood features, R1 Murray is seamlessly functional and singularly spirited.

The client had very clear goals for this space. First, they were looking to welcome back their teams after a couple of years of working from home. They were open to exploring all of the benefits employees have in different styles of work, and discussing ways to bring those benefits into this workspace in pursuit of an improved in-person work experience. They were also looking to support all different types of users. The space would be used for recruiting, training, and retaining large teams of employees, as well as welcoming over 200 traveling visitors each year.
