A campus is more than its buildings. Sometimes you just need to see it differently before you can build it better.

CanyonPark Tech is a multi-building office campus in Orem, and over the course of several projects we worked with their team on a series of planning and visualization studies aimed at understanding what the campus could become.

The work wasn't a single commission. It built incrementally, each study informing the next conversation about how to invest in the property.

The first phase was a set of exterior rendering studies exploring color schemes across the campus buildings. Working from existing drone footage and site photography, we produced photo-edited renderings that let the CanyonPark and Muller Co. teams see how different paint treatments would read at full scale. These visualizations are incredibly useful both for internal decision-making and for presenting a vision to ownership.

The Yard, an existing outdoor amenity space on the campus, became the focus of the two later works.

We developed a canopy layout study for the space, producing a schematic site plan and renderings to explore how covered structure could work within the existing configuration. A pickleball court visualization followed.

Taken together, the studies gave the client a way to see the campus not as it was, but as it could be, a tool for building consensus around upgrades before committing to construction.
