Our team has the great honor of serving as the preferred architect for all renovations and tenant improvements within the 257 Tower in Salt Lake City. The thirteen-story tower is an integral part of our city’s skyline, housing 1,100 tenants, mainly centered on an impressive 300,000 square feet of interior office space. Over the course of our partnership with the owners, we’ve had the privilege of completing several tenant improvements and transforming tens of thousands of square feet into contemporary, functional office spaces.
